to configure the folder settings:
To change a folder setting make a right-click on it. With these settings you can use Koma-Mail for example to keep your mail-database clean. For example you can check the second box, so that Koma-Mail moves all mails older than 5 days automatically in another folder.
Another useful option is that you can set a folder to disable notifications when a new mail arrives in it (“Show no message by incoming mails”). That means, for example, when the spam-filter moves a message into the spam-folder, Koma-Mail will neither play a sound nor show the ticker for new mails.
The last two settings are security settings which can be used to prevent clicking on an url or attachment.
The style of the folder structure can be changed in the options (“Options”->”General options”->”Viewer”), there you can set folder names bold. Koma-Mail shows a folder bold if the number next to the name is more than zero or if a child-folder has a number unequal zero. Folders with outgoing messages (“To send”) always count their messages inside.
