When I scan a document to pdf the background is a mesh of red and gray lines.
What do I need to do to get a white background?
Thank you. |

Hello Matthias,
The scanner I have is a WorldocScan 400 made by Penpower Technology Ltd.
Thanks for your help.
Best wishes,

Could you choose a different driver for your scanner?
Have you tried Corel Draw or paint to scan. Is the Background white?
Probably you can change this in the scan-interface. Please try to activate it (Scan2PDF-Options) and check out the settings there...
